Biblical Prophecy

The end of Revelation 19:10 tells us: “For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy”. Biblical prophecy, that is, prophecy found in the Scripture, is what speaks clearly about Jesus in both the Old Testament and New Testament. There is a lot to know about God within the area of Biblical prophecy. For example, many church leaders want to know what prevents a church from closing. The common solution to prevent churches from closing is “leadership training” for its pastors. However, the Biblical, and actual reason why churches close is rather interesting and is found in Revelation 2:4-5; leaving your first love of Jesus Christ. The moral of the story is: if you want your church to stay open, your church needs to have the love you all had when you first got saved, and your church will stay open and even grow. This is just one of the numerous benefits from studying Biblical prophecy.
